PCG's Disclosure Management System (DMS) can revolutionize your IP practice. With DMS you automatically generate complete PTO/SB/08A documents. You specify selection criteria such as classes, docket numbering, and 892's, and click a button.

In a matter of seconds DMS scans a database of documents that are important to your practice, finds the ones that fit the criteria, and organizes them as US, foreign, or other prior art. After you approve the citations, DMS constructs a single SB/08A document ready for printing and records in the database which documents were cited in this application. If you wish, you can also print the foreign citations for inclusion with the application.

Updates

In addition to our existing criteria for selecting documents for IDS submissions and our comprehensive queries, we are adding new criteria to make DMS even more flexible when generating an IDS.

Our New Features include:

• A Rationale report (additional disclosure for the "explanation requirement") for all documents included in the IDS, as well as those that meet the criteria but were not included in this submission,
• Adding Patent Office citations for International (PCT and Nationalized applications) to the IDS generation,
• Print All capability for documents in the IDS submission.

For the following release, we are looking into Electronic Filing of the IDS document.
